Me and my big mouth

Ok-my sis so might get mad at me, but she didn't tell me that I couldn't. Since most of you don't know who she is, I don't think that it matters.
She is having a girl!
I so called it.
You know that I must tell everyone when I am right!
No one ever gives me the approiate props, so I must boost my own ego.
(insert my family rolling their eyes here)

Anyway-whats up with my title you ask?
Well-I had to go to the $*&((!! dentist today.
Nope, I do don't love it there.
Even if they do have a tv on the ceiling.
Why don't I love it?
Every time I go it hurts.
Every time!
Today-they are not too sure what is wrong.
My dentist(whom I love) stuck a temporary crown on it and called it good.
Then he went to florida
Jerk! Didn't he know that my mouth would hurt like holy crap and I would have to sleep with an ice pack on my cheek?
You think that i am kidding.
Nope-so wish that i was.
I must explain-anything that can go wrong with my teeth-will.
I have no molars on either side of my mouth.
They all had to be pulled out.
That so hurts!
Oh, you don't know from first hand experience-trust me!
So-I am sitting here trying really hard not to type swear words.
Pretty sure that the crown isn't the problem.
Why would it be?
That is way to easy!
Yep-I am so going to bed early.
I figure that tomorrow willl be better,
Right?
If not-the Dentist office is around the corner.
At least my laundry is caught up!

Oh Tausha -- tooth pain is horrible. I hope they find what's wrong and fix it fast. I have told people that getting dry socket after having wisdom teeth pulled hurts worse than a c-section. Wayyyyy worse!!!

I too am so sorry and can so relate! Tooth pain is horrid!
I agree with Heidi. Dry sockets do hurt worst than C-sections!

Is Ibuprofen helping You? Stay on it! or CALL your dentist and tell him what is Happening & Get some better pain meds if you need to.
I need to have a crown removed soon and an implant inserted... then a new crown. (2500-3000) That is why I am waiting as long as possible! I am so not looking forward to it.
Did I say I have two sons in dental school....
Will they also be hated men??? Yikes
I hope not.

Oh, I hate going to the dentist. I'd serioulsy rather have a baby. At least you get something cute out of it. Have you tried the laughing gas that is supposed to help relax you? It works pretty darn good. I'll totally pay the extra $25 for it. It doesn't help that my dentist looks younger than me and is pretty nice looking. It would be a lot easier if he was ugly.

LOL I'm laughing over the first paragraph...(not your horrible tooth pain.)
My sister had her u/s yesterday. Her and her husband were 100% positive it was a boy. I have told them all along...it is a girl.
Hee hee...I was RIGHT!

I hate the dentist. And mine is my uncle and he doesn't charge me. Doesn't matter. Hate the dentist. So good luck with that.

Actually...I finally have a dentist I like! Our last one would get all frustrated with me when I cringed in pain. Our new one is great - even if he is a kids' dentist...

And congrats on getting more pink into the family!

I am not a lover of the dentist. I so need to get in for a cleaning but just being in there, I kid you not my teeth start to hurt, Just standing in the building. How sad is that.

Hope you feel a little better tomorrow. Drugs! Take Drugs! Look at all your little enabling friends. We are so good for you.

Oh and congrats on the girl announcement! You rock and so does your ego!

Oh ouch!! I like my dentist but I know most people dread going to the dentist. I've been seeing the same guy since I was three years old--27 years with the same dentist! My mom and I were two of his first patients. Now it takes me 2+ hours to get to his office, but that's better than being across the country from him the way I was for college and a few years after.

I hope your tooth pain goes away soon!!

My neighbor and I were talking the other day and we decided it's really stupid that little kids teeth fall out when they don't even need to. All these perfect little teeth no cavities or anything and they fall right out. Adult on the other hand have to keep fixing our crappy teeth. I think that is so stupid. If I were in charge it would be different! Sorry about your hurting teeth. I had to take 2 kids with me shopping for carpet all day. I think that should be up there pretty high on the list of painful things to do too. Hope you feel better.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I can tolerate it. I haven't had anything but a cleaning in probably the last 3-4 years, so that might have something to do with it too.

Hope you get some relief.
