Mr Bones!

So, I finally put up the fall stuff.

It was chilly and rainy yesterday so it was perfect for decorating and cooking.
I quickly made some taco soup-(that 2 of my 3 children did not eat )
& then went downstairs for the halloween crap!
I have so much decor that I have to store it under the stairs. I know that I am not the only one who does this.
I couldn't put anything out that was remotely spooky-except for this.
I couldn't help myself.

I stopped at the dollar store for a second and I saw these bags of bones.

the skulls were in a pkg.

the arm bones were in a seprate bag. At least I think that they are arm bones.

I thought that my kids would love this.

I was right, and my husband got a kick out of it as well.

I love thes glass jars-this one was a $1 at goodwill.

I wanted to put candy in it-but my children would have ate it all. (and mom too-at least I tell the truth)

So-bones it was.

I also shoved my cute cloth pumpkins in this basket with some leaves.

I can say they are cute cause I didn't make them.

My very talented MIL did.

I love them cause they can stay up till the christmas trees come out!

I am hoping that little MIL plug will entice her to give me the chicken runner! :)

I also found this little cheese dome for $1.00-and the little gourds in it-they were at the dollar store as well.

I so scored at Dollar Tree yesterday!

I havn't been there in forever-maybe I should go more often?

Probably better if I stay away!

Okay! Your DI has better stuff than mine. Seriously!!!! I go in there sometimes and there is nothing. Cute stuff though.

I'm not going to that class anymore. My friend forbid me from going on my 30th birthday, so let's go out another night. I'll call you tommorrow.

Hi, Tausha.

Jill sent me your blog because she said she invited you to a meet and greet I'm doing. I would love to have you join us!

I love all your fall stuff. You are very talented. I do Christmas, and that's it. Sometimes, I don't even want to decorate for Christmas!

I will be following your blog. Hope to meet you soon.

Yeah! You are a sweetheart!
Will you delete the other one too:)
The Mr. Bones Jar is pretty cool. My grandson, Sam would get a kick out of that one! I too scored at Dollar Tree and found great stuff today. Can't beat a dollar!
I missed the covered cheese dome though. Everything looks so nice and ready for Fall.
Is your tooth pain better? I felt bad for you.
Have a great weekend!

Cute bones! I have started going to the DT and have been surprised with the cute finds.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that gets excited about good deals on boring household items.

I bought a lot of those same items at DT. Funny how it's just a dollar and then you get up to the register and twenty dollars later....
I think my boys are going to love the bones too. I'm waiting until Oct. before I put those out.

I haven't got my fall out yet. Still waiting for the mess of getting new floors installed to be over with. Though hubby is talking about painting, so I might have to wait even longer
