Frosting and Diet Coke

So...Have you ever looked in the fridge for something to eat, say around Breakfast time? And you looked at the bagels, the yogurt, the fruit, the eggs, the milk for cold cereal or the milk for the really good instant oatmeal that is in the cupboard right next to the fridge. Instead, you reached for chocolate frosting and to wash it down, a good old diet coke! Well, that's what i did this morning i grabbed a spoon and that was my fabulous, grade A, exceptional breakfast!
Am i the only person in the world who has done this? If so, don't hate me, i have 3 sick kids, 2 who have missed 3 days of school (in a row) and my 3 year refuses to blow her nose, so instead, i get to wipe the snot away from her nose ALL DAY LONG!

are you kidding me - diet coke IS the breakfast of champions! But, next time you should make your own frosting - much better! Is it bad that I'm not really a bow girl? They are very cute, I guess I should go check them out, I can always change...

I've actually ate that for breakfast I put the frosting on graham crackers though. Yes Tausha it is much better with home made frosting. I looked at your friends website and her bows are very cute. I love the little baby bows.
Camille

Tausha,
I beat you I had cookies and chips to go with my diet coke for breakfast. I have a sister in law who eats brownies with cool whip for breakfast. You also deserved it. The bows are really cute.
Hope you have a great day.

I had carrot cake for breakfast yesterday. Thing is, I brought it to work and when someone caught me eating it, I totally lied that it was coffee cake.

Your friend's bows are too cute. I love the little ladybug!

See, I'll eat the bowl of cereal and then the chocolate frosting...much worse of a scenario. I'm sorry the girls are still sick. Are they throwing up or colds? Those bows are so cute!!! I don't think your brother would like it too much though if I put one in Coops hair...

I can honestly say that I a have never ate frosting and diet coke for breakfast, Mt. Dew and cookies well.... that's another story! Sorry about the sick kids! I can Sooooo relate! When we have sick kids we get to eat whatever we feel like! That's the rules I am sure it's written down in the offical mom handbook somewhere. Hang in there!

If they didn't mean for us to eat frosting for breakfast, they wouldn't have put it in those convenient cans!
Two mornings this week, I had a Cadbury creme egg and a Diet Dr. Pepper for breakfast.
(See how clever I am, the "diet" drink cancels out all the calories in the candy...........right?)
Today, I was out of Cadbury creme eggs, so I went the healthy direction and had Cheeze-its crackers with my soda.
I think the best breakfast food by far is the great big chocolate cakes from Costco. That's one thing that will actually motivate me to get out of bed in the morning.
I hope everyone at your house gets feeling better.

Tausha, thanks for saying hi on my blog! I, personally, am a huge fan of lurking on random peoples' blogs and then feel so nervous-y when I leave a comment. Your post about the breakfast cracks me up, but I do have to confess I haven't done the frosting, but pie for a week straight. I'll be dropping in on ya later! See ya!

THANK YOU!! I've been asking everyone where i could find cute bows. I was about to break down and make my own, but sometimes that even adds up.
